Panda Print Lab ("we", "us") is a pre-launch, AI-assisted custom printing studio based in Singapore. This page explains what happens to the information you share when you contact us for a quote.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you submit a quote request, your brief (what you want made, quantity and notes) opens as a pre-filled email in your own email app. Sending that email is your choice. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send.

When you email us, we receive the contents of your message, your email address and any photos, artwork or logo files you attach.

How we use it

• To understand your project and prepare a quote or sample.
• To prepare your artwork or photos for printing, as described below.
• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To keep a record of our conversation while your project is active.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
• We don't use cookies. This is a static site with no backend.

Your files

Any photo, logo or artwork you send is used only to prepare your quote and your order. To do that, we may process your files with AI-powered image and design tools, for example to upscale a photo, restore an old print, clean up a logo, or check a passport or visa photo against the official requirements.

We won't use your photos or designs for anything else, publish them without your permission, or sell them.
